There is a comfort in knowing
that Jesus holds my fate
and living daily just by faith
requires my trust to wait

no matter where He will send me
to meet a certain need
there’s hope in blessings which shall come
when I obediently heed

far greater things God has in store
more wonderful than thought
as life gets better all the time
it’s happiness He’s brought
____
there should be no reservations
nor apprehension dwell
because one cannot know it all
God’s protecting us well
____
life surely is a new adventure
exciting and alive
you see how God delights in faith
upon our faith we thrive
____
pleasing Him becomes our focus
on living day to day
and being sensitive in spirit
as He leads us His way
____
you can’t look at difficulties
or sorrow that will come
but look toward heaven and home
and being with God’s Son
